This team sells into our Enterprise accounts and are technical SME's of CrowdStrike's products. What You’ll Do:  
Lead a team of the industry’s top Regional Sales Engineers for the Enterprise space  
Coach, Hire, Mentor and lead the team to meeting and/or overachieving on their metrics  
Ensure POCs and customer engagements meet the company’s standards  
Easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences  
Work closely with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering  
Be the technical bridge for CrowdStrike prospects/customers  
 
What You’ll Need:  
~3+ years of front line management experience with 5+ years of sales engineering or technical consulting experience in the security space  
~ A Bachelors Degree relative to the industry; preferraby in Cybersecurity or Information Systems  
~ Understanding SOC workflows, technology and challenges is key, alongside cloud computing, security, and technical architectures.  
~ Tactical and strategic planner  
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives  
~ Extensive contacts and pre-existing relationships in the information security field and strong references  
~ Strong analytical and mathematical skills to model opportunities, build coverage models, work out territories and calculate commission plans.

Ability to travel as required  
Bonus: Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis  
Bonus: Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash  
Bonus: Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies  
Bonus: Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.  
Bonus: Understanding of the OSI model  
Bonus: Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS
