Faith Hospice has a rare opportunity for an RN who feels the call to serving those patients at end of life and the opportunity to work as an essential part of an inpatient hospice care team who all share this very rare and special gift.
Why Join Faith Hospice? We are here to make a difference in the lives of our hospice patients and their loved ones. At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.
As an RN on this inpatient hospice team:
Work a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule, 4-5 shifts per week, including every other weekend
Along with 1-2 other nurses and 1-4 hospice CNAs (depending on the shift), care for a maximum of 20 hospice patients at Trillium Woods, our gorgeous hospice residence as part of Faith Hospice
Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications
At least 2 years of med/surg, acute care, or skilled nursing experience
Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
Passion for hospice nursing
