Tech-savvy - You are technologically savvy with Applied Epic, Benefit Point, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
Conduct research on billing and invoicing issues
