Job Title: Physical Therapist Supervisor - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; Job Location: 672 Parkside Avenue, 4th floor, Brooklyn, NY (Lefferts Gardens; outpatient clinic)
Coordinates and conducts regular staff meetings to disseminate new department information, educate PT staff on new trends in PT and hear issues in the department and plan solutions.
Coordinates and participates in educational staff performance improvement in-services. Assists with orientation and in-service training for department staff members. Assists Clinic Director in evaluating department performance versus budget controls and takes appropriate action to remain within budget guidelines as assigned.
Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho.
Adults outpatient caseload.
Basic computer skills
CPR and first aid certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-time licensed physical therapist working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
