This position will assist in the supervision of other healthcare workers including CNA's, CMA's and LPN's.: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide primary care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories * Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques * Ensure residents’ chart is current * Assess resident for change of condition * A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admission process * Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health * Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc * Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel. * Other Duties as Assigned REQUIREMENTS:
