Responsibilities:
Performs resident care in a compassionate manner in accordance with the mission and values of Holland Home
Perform resident assessments, administer medications, and evaluate physician orders
Maintain the medication cart and supplies as needed
Complete required documentation in a timely manner; including admission documentation
Primary Location: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
Hours of Work: 2:30pm-11pm
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 32 (40hrs available if desired)
Days Worked: Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri - Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat
Weekend Frequency: Every Other Weekend
Qualifications and Requirements:
A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
Basic computer skills to chart in Matrix EMR
Sign On Bonus:
$5,000 sign on bonus for full-time; apply for details
