AI Applications Team
The AI Applications team's mission is to build and expand the adoption of Ironclad AI-powered features to help Ironclad users increase efficiency and productivity across all stages of the contracting lifecycle - from create, review, negotiate, to sign, report and manage obligations. We are the team behind powerful features including AI Playbooks, AI Assist, Custom AI Clauses, Smart Import, Smart Detect, Smart Merge, and many more exciting things in the works.
We are looking for a staff software engineer who is excited to work on translating cutting edge AI advancements into tangible and valuable products for our users.
Be a key contributor to our product strategy and technical architecture for AI at IroncladKeep track of all relevant AI advancements, and prototype new features and solutions to help assess their feasibility as neededCollaborate cross functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to spec, design, and build AI-powered features and systemsPartner with quality engineers to define, build and maintain testing strategyLead technical discussions, mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to other engineers on the teamGrow your teams by interviewing and recruiting talented engineers to IroncladWork on a modern stack built upon: TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform (experience with these specific technologies not required)What we look for:

The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
