Find Success with Softtek Do you want to work for a Tier 1 supplier that manages the complete assembly and sequencing of modules for OEMs like, GM, Ford, and Chrysler? Softtek is seeking a Production Supervisor in the South Chicago area. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced global enterprise environment and will require the Supervisor to be onsite. The ideal Production Supervisor must have leadership and communication skills in addition to production and maintenance expertise, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO SOUTH CHICAGO, IL Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years related experience in automotive / manufacturing environment. Possess good technical understanding of processes and machinery. Demonstrate organizational, leadership and communication skills. Excellent written, mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Experience with 40 or more direct reports. Experience with Union environment/workers.
