We are looking for a reliable person who is a self-starter and has a strong background in nursing. Our RNs are responsible for providing direct care to patients and assisting with overall patient care.
Review and update patient medical records
* Document patient care activities in the patient's medical record
* Complete administrative tasks that may include scheduling appointments, preparing reports, etc.
* Keeps updated and complete medical records, including those for each patient
* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
* Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
* Current CPR/First Aid certification.
