Our San Francisco Bay Area client is recruiting for a Study Specialist to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.
Summary:
Provide administrative support to study teams and department members including:
- Upload, correct, and review eTMF and SharePoint documents
- Arrange internal/external meetings and teleconferences
- Process documents for DocuSign signatures
- Track and review Clinical Trial Insurance requirements, expiry dates, insurance renewal, certificate distribution, and archival
- Support mass email communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Proficient in MS Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
- Ability to interact effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
Pay Scale:
- $31 to $32 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
