Do you want to work as a Respiratory Therapist Lead where your passion for creating positive patient interactions is valued? The RT Team Leader must have knowledge and skill sets to oversee patients in all service lines at OPRMC, including Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care. The RT Team Leader must demonstrate patience and fairness with staff members, excellent personal interaction and have a strong work ethic and reliability.

Coaching of staff members
Orientation and training of new staff members
Performance Improvement projects
Overseeing specialty projects delegated by the Director
Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
Three years of experience in Respiratory Therapy, including Critical Care areas such as adult, pediatric and neonatal care.
