If you are passionate about hospitality and ready to embark on a rewarding career with Shamin Hotels, we want to hear from you The Director of Sales oversees all aspects of sales and revenue generation for a hospitality establishment, including hotel accommodations, catering services, and food and beverage outlets. They develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth, maximize revenue, and achieve sales targets across all areas of the operation.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for hotel rooms, catering services, and food and beverage outlets.
Set sales targets and goals for the sales team and monitor performance against objectives.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other potential customers.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site tours to showcase hotel facilities, catering services, and food and beverage offerings.
Drive sales revenue by promoting hotel accommodations, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, catering services, and food and beverage outlets.
Maximize occupancy rates and average daily rates (ADR) through effective pricing strategies and revenue management techniques.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of hotel amenities, catering packages, and dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Team Leadership and Training:
Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, including sales managers, coordinators, and support staff.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and demand for hotel accommodations, catering services, and food and beverage offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, advertisements, and online content.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and its hospitality services.
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor sales expenses, commissions, and incentives to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Control sales-related costs and overheads to maximize profitability and return on investment (ROI).
 
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in hotel sales, catering sales, food and beverage sales, or hospitality management, with a focus on sales and revenue generation.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations, catering services, food and beverage trends, and revenue management principles.
Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Their strategic leadership, sales expertise, and customer-focused approach are essential for achieving business objectives and ensuring the success of the hotel's sales efforts across all areas of operation.
