Summary The Registered Nurse is a licensed Healthcare Professional in the State of Pennsylvania, who provides care, plans, organizes, and directs services to patients in their homes, under the guidance of a physician. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of the individuals and families within their homes. OASIS knowledge and experience is preferred. * Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing * Holds a current CPR card * Requires travel from one assignment to another on the same day, and a reliable independent means of transportation is essential. * Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance, with limits adhering to those established in the personnel policies. Must attain and retain an acceptable motor vehicle report. * Must obtain and retains a clear Criminal History Report, Childline, FBI.
