Founding Frontend Engineer (Senior or Staff level)
Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js and Typescript.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional frontend components.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to improve code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet business requirements and customer needs.
Remote/hybrid-friendly but our engineering team expects in-person meetings 1-3 times a week in the SF Bay Peninsula/South Bay Area.
Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as React.js/Typescript. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
Highlight motivated, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot frontend issues and implement effective solutions. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
