In this role, you will apply your technical and problem-solving ability to design, configure, and implement calculation engines and websites that support our client’s needs. Your combination of interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, and technical skills will help the cross functional implementation team deliver the best possible client and participant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as Math, Computer Science, or similar area preferred
~ Experience programming in any language
~ Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans preferred
~ 2-4 years of experience with pension administration, programming languages, or other related fields


You are flexible and creative, and can find solutions to difficult problems while understanding client needs
You can balance multiple projects at the same time
You have the ability to learn new skills as needed to support projects and client needs
You are able to read business documents and translate those business rules into a highly functioning calculation engine
You are willing to take ownership of your tasks and take initiative when there are unexpected needs during a project
