The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' commercial lines insurance experience, must be detail oriented/accurate, and possess good written and oral communication skills. This candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, projecting a positive attitude.
Our mission is to provide the best risk management solutions and customer service. We have been protecting the assets of our clients for over 100 years. We are headquartered in Watsonville, CA with offices in Salinas and Campbell. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our experienced and varied team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist in marketing new and renewal business by preparing applications, proposals and summaries.
Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.
Check new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages, limits, etc. Receive phone calls/emails or other correspondence from clients and companies regarding questions or requests and comply with the request and/or refer to the producer when necessary.
Prepare ID cards, evidence of property, certificates, binders, etc. Follow all agency policies and procedures in the use and documentation of accounts in the Agency management system.
Other office duties as assigned or requested by Management.

5+ years experience working directly with Commercial Lines Insurance policies.
