About Our Surgical I Unit:
Our unit comprises of 43 beds with 9 being post-surgical stepdown. Given the high modality of the cases we handle, our nursing team is closely connected, offering support within the workplace. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.


~ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.


~ Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.


~ 1 year of acute nursing experience, required.


~2 Years of med-surg or critical care experience in an acute hospital setting, preferred.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. Provide specialized care and monitor patients closely.
