JOB DESCRIPTION

At the core of Supernova's platform, is a robust collateral monitoring and risk management solution, Aperture. Leveraging Aperture, credit and risk professionals can efficiently monitor the health of a bank's entire loan book and manage risk in one solution.

Supernova is looking for an experienced Product Manager with passion, drive, and focus to join our Aperture team. The position requires strong leadership and product management skills that balance enterprise market needs with Supernova's strategy and assumes strong communication and organization skills. Technical understanding of enterprise SaaS software, financial services data platforms, analytics, and enterprise IT environments is critical. This individual will be responsible for successful delivery and execution of key strategic initiatives as part of the overall Supernova and Aperture roadmap. Consistent communication with customers, partners, and internal Supernova stakeholders is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Translate product strategy effectively into detailed requirements and product specifications
  • Manage product roadmap by aligning product goals with overall business strategy and developing a long-term vision of the product and its role in the market
  • Engage regularly with customers and partners to obtain feedback and product feature recommendations for input into the roadmap
  • Manage competing priorities with a variety of stakeholders - business & product leaders, engineers, partners, and especially our end users - by making thoughtful trade-offs and communicating clearly
  • Drive cross-functional teams to execute the product development plan aiming at quick time-to-market, high product quality while optimizing resources
  • Recognized as a specialist in their role both internally and externally with industry partners where applicable
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to measure product success and make informed adjustments
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of enterprise product management experience with track record of delivering innovative product features from ground zero
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge in wealth management industry, liquidity solution(s) and commercial banking highly desirable
  • Empathy and curiosity to understand customer needs and experiment ideas to solve their pain points
  • Adaptability to learn new skills, take on new challenges and pivot strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and updates to various audiences
  • Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products
  • Experience working with design teams to visualize and complete product design requirements following UI/UX best practices
