8 hour shifts between 7:00 am - 7:30 am (Monday-Sunday)
Our Client is currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives within their Fuel division. In this role, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support via inbound phone calls or emails to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work in an office environment and will:
Assist customers through phone and email, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and educating them about the services offered.
Craft email replies with precision, using proper language, grammar, and punctuation
Exceed established customer service performance targets in Customer satisfaction and efficiency targets
Articulate responses and solutions effectively to customers
Must be extremely effective in managing schedules effectively
Stay informed about product offerings and regularly engage in team training and ongoing education
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all products
Confidently offer and upsell products and services This is a full-time temp to hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Education or equivalent required
A sales background is not required but preferred
Financial background preferred
Must maintain an attendance record within company standards and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality
Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
Proficient phone and computer skills; Ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departments Pay for this position is $18.25 / hourly
