As the inpatient BHU Medical Director, you will be crucial in providing leadership and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Leading quality and performance initiatives to maintain the integrity of the BHU.
Representing adult psychiatry in hospital meetings and acting as the point person for psychiatric topics, both clinical and administrative.
Overseeing psychiatry providers to meet volume and quality expectations.
Participating in recruitment, orientation, and performance management of providers.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
