Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Work with R&D Design and cross-functional partners to generate and execute on project plans. Track, document, and communicate success criteria, dependencies, and work progress. Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure success. Support technical work through change notices, materials management, etc. Facilitate SOP/WI compliance, design reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. Help build a positive and engaged project culture. Identify and track the Design team's project budget needs. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Qualifications5 - 8 Years with BS, 3 - 6 Years with MS, 0 - 3 Years with PhD Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of medical device requirements, change notices, and dFMEA required. Familiarity with task management systems (MS Project, Jira, Miro, etc.) a plus. Must be proactive and able to drive execution with a positive and supportive approach.
