Provide skilled, complex nursing care and supervision to clients according to the Plan of Care and Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc.'s philosophy, standards, and policies Services include:
* The Registered Nurse Supervisor will complete participating in establishing and implementing the client's service plan in coordination with the staff providing the client's services.
* Provide services on an hourly or per visit basis to meet the required professional care.
* Regularly assess the nursing needs of the client.
* Conduct an initial face-to-face assessment of the client at the client's home of the resident.
* Provide nursing services as needed and by the client's service plan
* Work with both Clients and their families, accessing the home environment in determining the needs of Clients.
* Report problems and progress of client to supervisor and personnel or the client's Physicians
* Responsible for supervising CNAs and other home health aides.
* The Licensed RN shall perform an annual assessment and performance of the PCA, CNA, COMPANION, or SITTERS by direct observation or demonstration of tasks while the supervisees perform assigned tasks.
* The licensed Registered Professional shall supervise the provision of personal care tasks for clients determined to be medically compromised., blindness), the sensory impaired.
* RN supervisor shall admit and assess clients to services and complete clinical documentation
* RN Supervisor will supervise supervisory visits, as the provider receives a complaint concerning services at the supervisory home. a visit may be made when
* Admit and assess clients to services and complete clinical documentation
* Provide hands-on care, case management, and evaluation of the Plan of Care and education of the client on proper care and treatment
* Revise plan in consultation with physician based on ongoing assessments
* Direct nursing and home healthcare as prescribed by the attending physician. Reviews all plans of treatments for accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness
* Assist orientation to new Caregivers and annual evaluation
* Perform supervisory visits to each Client to observe Caregiver and advise proper care and procedure, if necessary, and satisfaction of Client care
* Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and educate Client and family regarding pain management
* Perform all aspects of Client care in a safe environment that reduces the likelihood of medical or health care error
* Report to the Client's physician any changes in the Client's condition
* Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on the age of Client and Client's clinical position
* Provide hands-on care, case management, and evaluation of the Plan of Care and education of the client on proper care and treatment
* Assist orientation to new Caregivers and annual evaluation
* Perform supervisory visits to each Client to observe Caregiver and advise proper care and procedure, if necessary, and satisfaction of Client care
* Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques and educate Client and family regarding pain management
Salary: $50 - $50 per visit
