Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus.
Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women•™s-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health .
Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.
Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts.
Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
This position requires 3+ years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).

Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.
# Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
