Urban Ltd. provides full-service civil engineering, transportation engineering, land planning, landscape architecture and surveying services to private and public sector clients throughout the Washington D.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Experience in designing, preparing and processing land development applications required
Experience in designing, preparing and processing land development applications in Northern Virginia jurisdictions is preferred, but not required
Candidates must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on their knowledge of civil engineering concepts and locality requirements
Ensure the quality of all work completed
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required
Creation of CAD drawings and details for site and subdivision plans
Site Layout and utility design
Horizontal and vertical design of roadways
Generating hydrologic computations for SWM facilities
Performing pavement design computations
Performing site distance analysis
