- Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly rate from $17.27/hr-19.95/hr and full benefits package for employees working full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year experience with intellectual and developmentally disabled population, REQUIRED for residential programs, 6 months for day programs
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Driver's license that has been valid for at least one year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
