This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members and evaluate new development tools and agency systems. Serves as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes. Supports and enhances the agencies’ data needs through the maintenance and modification of existing web and client server applications, the development of new web and client server applications, as well as the rewrite of legacy applications and systems. Additional application development support to address the needs client Application Development Section will be assigned as needed. Skills requested are PowerBuilder, JAVA, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft VISIO, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), relational database concepts, database concepts, telecommunication concepts, web services, Rhino JavaScript, and Accela scripting and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access- Required 5 years
  • Experience with reporting (AD HOC and Crystal reports)-Required 5 years
  • Strong experience with Accela data migration using Accela Data Migration Tool-Required 5 years
  • Experience in the Accela environment with design, development and testing-Required 5 years
  • Experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS-Required 5 years
  • Experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow and expression)-Required 5 years
  • Experience with Accela Mobile Office-Required 3 years
  • Experience with Accela GIS-Desired 2 years
  • Experience with Oracle databases-Required 5 years
  • Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations-Desired 2 years
