August Medical Group (AMG) Department of Anesthesia, a hospital-employed practice, is seeking quality physicians to join the collegial team.
Located in Fishersville, VA in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley nestled between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains. Just 10 minutes to Staunton & Waynesboro. 30 minutes to Charlottesville.
Currently composed of 17 MDs who practice in a very friendly environment and maintain excellent relationships with our surgical colleagues.
- Hiring MDs and some CRNAs to allow for growth in case volume and the opening of a new surgery center on campus.
- Case mix includes general, ortho, neuro spine, OB, urology, ENT, and endoscopy. No trauma or cardiac.
- Call is shared across MDs. Primary and backup call. Approximately 1-2 primary calls a month and 1-2 backup
calls a month. - Excellent compensation with base income plus additional pay for OT or extra shifts
- Competitve Salary with ASA productivity incentives
- Sign on bonus
- 403b plan with matching contributions from AMG
- Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options
