*The Sr Director, Sales is responsible for driving growth in the LE/LPE businesses across North America. This role will include assessment, development and implementation of sales plans and processes to identify, generate, and nurture business opportunities.




*Responsible for leadership of the sales team in the West Zone and portions of Canada, supporting Lab Equipment and Lab Plastics Essentials business units
* Aligns field sales team with product specialists and business unit initiatives to get results
* Partners with Business Unit, Marketing and Sales Enablement colleagues as well as Channel Partners to develop and implement large-scale, strategic share gain programs such as Target Account Plans
* Lead continued process improvement to drive flawless execution
* Develop and harmonize commercial processes to increase sales efficiencies and execution
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of sales, marketing, business development or commercial operations experience
* Role model sales leader with ability to develop a high-performance, customer focused and adaptable sales team
* Demonstrated commercial competence with strong analytical and financial skills: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysis
* Ability to operate within a matrix structure, prior experience working in large corporate environment or a diversified, complex organization is required
* Available to Travel 40-50
